Updating Your Membership credit/debit card if Expired – So you don’t miss any of our famous deal alerts and access to the club. To change or update your membership credit/debit card if expired or changed, please simply login to the Member Lounge / Member Area and click this link or visit the My Account page from the website footer menu.  You can login to our secure portal and amend your credit/debit card using your correct member email.   Please note you must use your correct membership email to be able to access this secure area.

Checking Your Membership Plan - You can check your membership status, membership plan, and renewal dates by visiting the member area and clicking the link here or visit the My Accountfrom the website footer.  Please note you must use your correct membership email to be able to access this secure area.

Membership & Trial Cancellations It’s free to cancel your membership or trial at any time.  To cancel your membership or trial, please simply click the link here to visit My Account or you can find this page on the website footer menu.  You can login to our secure portal and cancel using your membership email.  You must use your correct membership email to access this area.  If you are on the free trial your membership will cancel and you will not be charged. If you are past the free trial period your membership will terminate at the end of your annual term automatically but you can still enjoy the service. Please also note due to limited deals and to ensure members can use the flight deals we limit memberships so you may not be able to rejoin the club and will go on our waiting list.

Please note we no longer offer refunds past the free trial period, however you can use the service until the end of your annual membership when cancelled.

Having problems? - The My Account area is a secure area so you must use your correct membership email and if you don't receive your security pin code, please check your junk or spam as it is provided by stripe our secure payment provider for your security. 

Member Services & General Queries - If you are wishing to cancel this must be done via our secure My Account page, please ensure you use your correct membership email or it will not find your membership.  For any other issues please email our membership email members@secretflightclub.com and we will be happy to help if you are a member of the club.  We are unable due to the large amount of members, respond to individual flight deal requests.  Please note we no longer offer refunds past the free trial period, however you can use the service until the end of your annual membership when cancelled.
